Delivering award winning hotels projects is deeply routed in the DNA of Calla Woods. Our team led the major renovations of luxury hotels in Hong Kong and Beijing, brownfield development of hotels in Edinburgh and Myanmar and greenfield development of hotels in Thailand & Dublin. We have also delivered multiple restaurant venues in Tier 1 cities such as Tokyo, Hong Kong, Chicago and Bangkok and private clubs in Hong Kong.
Education is a sector close to our heart. Several of our private residential clients engaged Calla Woods to support their philanthropic efforts within the sector . In addition to this, we work with global Top 50 third level institutes to support their large Capital Works programmes.
